It's to what degree that matters.<br><br>I wouldn't say pull the plug because of one bad apple. Cut bait and move on. Maybe find a different partner(s)? Or go it alone?<br><br>In the end though, like Scott said, communication is key. Even when it's conveying bad medicine.
