		<description>Well said. I completely feel your pain, having been a Contractor myself. It is unfortunate that we live in such times, but as technology evolves so will our government. At some point, someone *will* come in and change things for the better.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;At least I hope that&#039;s how it turns out!</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t think this issue is just isolated to the USG. I currently contract for a company who supply services to the British Government and we&#039;re currently winding down as other companies have come in and offered to do the same for less. Some of those services are causing problems and others are running behind schedule. I can&#039;t understand why Goverments and their respective agencies continue to run things on the cheap and then are shocked when things go wrong. Just look at the amount of times data has gone missing due to different departments having different rules and protocols. There&#039;s then investigation and the decision that more investment is required. One would thing that if the investment came first and not after these faults would happen. Firefighting in the IT world only leads to over spending and over complication imho.</description>
