The Internet: A Woman’s Guide To Bitching

The Internet: A Woman's Guide To BitchingWe all know that the internet was created by Al Gore as the world’s repository of porn and cute animal pictures, but I don’t think anybody saw the internet evolving into what it is today – a tech-wonderland where you can find anything, everything, and everyone. The applications of the internet seem to be endless as new technology continues to find new uses for it to be applied in everyday life, and yet I fear that many of the most applicable and powerful uses of the internet have yet to be fully exploited.

For women, especially, the internet is a great and powerful tool that when wielded properly can be a tool both terrible and powerful. You may think that this is an exaggeration, but let’s not forget that hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. This article will discuss the extent to which the internet will allow scorned women to bring it on with all the fury of hell (as William Congreve so aptly put it), and will serve as an expose as to what the internet really is – the ultimate place for women to bitch.

Let’s think about what the internet really is – a communication platform. The internet itself was created for the sole purpose of communication, and all scorned women really need is a platform on which to bitch. Following are a list of specialized websites that were constructed and can be used for the sole purposes of bitching:

  • Don’t Date Him, Girl – just one of many websites that posts profiles of men who have wronged some woman or other, mainly by cheating.
  • Moanlog – a website that provides people with a location in which to vent any form of anger or frustration at the world in general.
  • Blogspot – let’s face it, every Jane, Jennifer and Justine you know has a blog filled with photos of them and their boyfriends/girlfriends and also serves as a great place to bitch about them once they’ve broken up.
  • Twitter – provides the same bitching goodness as Blogspot, but in real-time and in only 140 characters or less.
  • Google Maps – a great place to not only provide pictures and a little write-up of the people who wronged you, but also an exact location where these people can be found.

This is just a very small sample selection of how empowering the internet can be for the scorned woman. Ladies, I suggest that you get out there and start finding out exactly how the internet can be used to your advantage. Let us know how it goes and any tips you may have.

Sites like the ones you listed are good, but remember the old adage: “Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned”.

One particularly vengeful ex of mine posted some hurtful and malicious lies to one of those sites, saying things about me that were completely false.

She did it to hurt me, and it worked.

Was there no recourse? Albeit a great way to vent, these sites [I believe] have the ultimate responsibility to protect the accused. Too much slander is never a winner….. in court. Sad I had to say, 'too.'

Quite unfortunately I've been victim of the same, but in real life. I think the only plus side about being a victim on the internet is that you can answer back.
