Sometimes there's also an issue of your profile being restricted to friends, and your boss/colleague is a friend. That's come up a few times in Australia and America. Seemingly everyday remarks come under fire, even if no names are given. It's a sad, sad situation when you can't use your social networking site to vent.

Yeah, People need to start using limited profile restrictions and restrict their photo album privacys to friends other than the the default of 'everyone'. Most leaves their albums in default which means any mutual friend can see them if their friend is tagged.
